Gilson Warehouse
Delta Properties developed the Gilson Street warehouse for Wisconsin's South Central Library System to meet their needs for fleet space, secure loading, book sorting, and offices. Concrete tilt up construction provided a flexible and cost-effective workspace for their statewide operations with ready access to arterial roads.
Interstate Warehouse
The main building is a pre-engineered steel structure with 30,000 square feet. The typical unit has 2,500 square feet including a drive-in door and a semi height loading dock. Two additional pole buildings total 14,000 square feet and provide flexible storage.
